Rental Policy and Terms

Rental Period:
Our dumpsters are available for a 7-day rental period. Choose from 10, 15, or 20-yard containers based on your needs.
Payment Terms:
Payment for the dumpster rental (base fee) is due upon drop-off. We accept payments by credit card (subject to a 3% fee) or by check with no additional fees.
Weight Allowance:
Each rental includes up to 2 tons of disposal. Any additional weight beyond this limit will incur a charge of $95 per ton. Please note that the maximum load is 4.5 tons. Overloading beyond this limit is not permitted.
Materials Restrictions:
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are not allowed in our dumpsters:
Concrete or topsoil
Gas tanks
Railroad ties
Televisions, tires, large appliances, or wet paint
Roof shingles are accepted—please ask for details.
Mattresses or box springs are accepted at an additional fee of $40 per item. These items must be placed on top of the dumpster for easy unloading.
Dump Fees:
You will be notified of the total weight and any additional charges after the dumpster is emptied at the landfill.
Trip Fees:
If we are unable to drop off or pick up the dumpster due to access issues or any other obstruction, a $40 trip fee will be applied for each attempt.
Late Fees:
If the dumpster is not returned by the due date, a late fee of $15 per day will apply. The customer is responsible for any fees necessary to recover payment.
